I browsed around the net today and happened to find a site that displayed a list of missionaries.  I was intrigued, and interested to know that missionaries do blog!   o_O  I mean, I thought they had no time to do things like these.  For the missionaries reading this blog, peace!

Hmmm…  I've always thought that the missionary life is busy- meaning, busy spreading the Love, meditating on the Word, etc., and far from civilization.  Okay, I think I exagerrated it.

As you all know, I am a missionary, a missionary in my home, in my campus, and soon, in China (Lately, I'm having doubts if it's really China, or China++.)?

Seeing these missionaries blogging, well, really surprised me, ahahaha!  Can't get over it.  This is the first time I've heard about this.  Hmmm…  Maybe because when I think of missionaries, I think of Jim Elliot, David Livingstone, you know, those who are out of technology's reach….  Duh, Pat, they had no internet then.

Ahahaha!  Silly me!  :p

Well, to let you guys know, this is officially, my first entry in my "missionary life blog".  I've decided to really have a blog that I use to share my quest to let God teach me in "living the simple worship life", plus a few extra "fun stuffs".

Ciao!

Bless God!  :)

  1. Just remember, one reason we know so much about Jim Elliot, or David Brainerd, or J. Hudson Taylor, etc, is because they kept journals. Modern technology is bringing those journals to an even wider audience. (Check out Brainerd’s blog here)

In fact, some of history’s missionaries wrote even more than today’s missionary bloggers blog! Interesting…
